Week 3 Predictions:

Thundering Herd (1-1) has Psychos (0-2) outmatched at almost every position. Randy "Real Deal" Moss has thus far proven he's a bigtimer. Too much firepower at QB and WR to be stopped this week. Lack of consistency and depth is hurting Psychos. With Mitchell out, no kicker, and only 2 starting RBs, Psychos are hoping WRs and Eric Green will carry the team. Not gonna happen with Redskins defense holding the fort.

Look for T&A (1-1) to have a breakout week and return to the champion caliber team they were all last season. Plummer and Sanders could post extraordinary numbers vs. an injury plagued Eagles Defense. Midnight Mauraders (0-2) failed to win a game with Brad Johnson at the helm. I find it hard to believe that Kramer and Manning will do better. George and Kaufman have been struggling. Things won't change against top NFL defenses this week. T&A's WRs continue to dominate even without Rice. Expect Moore to be praising Batch in the locker room after this week's game.

***UPSET GAME OF THE WEEK***

Rage (2-0) has been the suprise team of the season thus far, due largely to the dominant defensive play of the Seahawks and Packers. Both defenses take on weak offenses this week, however Seattle's defense has used up there td's for the year...so expect a slight drop. Shannon Sharpe is on fire, like having a fourth WR, or better. Nothing special about the RBs or WRs though. Tree Huggin' Hippies (0-2) have two top QBs and three good WRs. RBs can be just as good as Rage's. Defense is suspect, but enough power elswehere to make up for it. The winless Hippies will finally taste victory and exploit the imperfections in the Rage in my upset game of the week.

The JV Experience (2-0) has taken over as my favorite to go the distance this season. Depth at nearly every postion makes him the favorite. Miller Time (1-1) is without Young, Jamal Anderson, and Levens this week. O'Donnell will fill nicely, but faces a tough Packers defense. Denver should finally get on pace this week & solidify the Miller Time defense. WRs will still be tough along with Brunell. RB is woeful this week with Bennet, Lamar Smith, Skip Hicks, and Jerald Moore. JV is forced to sit the dominating Hearst. WRs are solid along with Dudley. KC is tough, and Tampa should recover this week vs. Bears. With Frerotte benched, QB could turn out to be a trouble spot if Elway sits. Expect Miller Time to receive an "Experience" this week that will end with JV sitting atop as the lone undefeated team.

***FEATURED GAME OF THE WEEK***

ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT (1-1) vs. TOIN COSS (2-0)

Toin Coss is second only to JV in depth and it is needed this week with the absence of Walls and Aikman. Tampa's running game should get on track this week vs the bears which only means less for Dilferblows. McNair coming of an injury could hamper his running yards. Duce Staley gets the start over means, but the Eagles offense has yet to scare most collegiate teams. WR's are outstanding but plagued by injuries. Coach McHugh elects to chance the probable Alexander instead of going with Lewis. Jags are tough on D but the overachieving Dolphins won't have any room to swim against a high powered Steelers offense. Attitude Adjustment pulled out a squeaker last week vs. Psychos. Davis is the backbone of the team and Bettis turned it up last week. The search for a third back may have ended if Greg Hill can repeat his 20 point performance from last week. WRs are nothing great, but are consistent enough to support the running game. Bobby Hoying gets the start as chandler rests on the bye. Defense could make or break AA with the broken and dying Eagles. Rams give up points, but not yards. The direct matchup of Bettis and Johnson vs. Dolphins def and Mare should add to the excitment of this game.
